Been a while

Hi everyone!

Sorry I have not been posting recently but I wanted to give everyone an update on what has been going on. A lot has happened in the past few months with regards to my ranking and just last week I won the French Open mixed doubles title with Bob Bryan! I really enjoyed playing with Bob because he is such a good doubles player. I am hoping we can play again as I think we are an extremely tough team to beat. At Wimbledon I want to concentrate on singles and doubles so Bob and I decided against playing mixed doubles. Since I last wrote I have also reached the finals of the tournament in Prague and the semifinals of Berlin…although I am proud of my results this year I am still looking for my first singles title!

The past 5 or 6 days I have been relaxing at home and tomorrow I will travel to Eastbourne to get ready for the grass court season. Oh..and yeah I forgot I just got a new dog….and I named him Rolex :)

I promise I will be better about updating my blog…wish me luck!

I knew you could do iT!
I’m very happy for you ’cause there is not a lot of young players that compete in doubles and mixed doubles. So is fantastic that you always fight for 2 or 3 titles!! Be quiet, your first title or your career will come soon ;)
Best of luck for Wimbledon! :)

    Cheers!

Dear Vika, we are so happy to see your website… We first saw you at the Stanford Bank of the West tournament in 2007. Before then we had not really been aware of your name yet.. But after we saw you play doubles my husband said we would have to watch for you because you were a great talent. We love your enthusiasm and competative spirit. Since we first saw you we now see you in all the tournaments and so happy you are doing so well. Keep up the good work. Your fans.. Vic and Donna Gorden
